How many virtual companies do you currently look after?

Answer: Currently The Virtual Office® looks after over 500 companies, with various services ranging from address only, outsourced reception services to full Virtual Offices.

How quickly can my service be set-up?

Answer: Services can be set-up within 24 hours once the completed application forms, identification documents and payment have been received.

What is the contract length?

Answer: The Virtual Office® offers a one month rolling contract as standard on all virtual and office contracts. This means that you only have to give one calendar months notice with your service ending at month end and ensures you are always in control of your business and cash flow. Notice must be given in writing by mail or e-mail. Longer contracts are available on request.

What is the deposit and what does it cover?

Answer: The deposit for telephone answering is £300 which is fully refundable 6 weeks after termination of services. It is part of our company policy to have a holding deposit for everyone who has a service with us. It allows us to offer a one month rolling contract and is to cover The Company against any unpaid fees which can include Meeting Room usage, Secretarial Assistance and Telephone and mailing/courier charges.

What is unified messaging?

Answer: This means the delivery of all messages to one location. The Virtual Office® can deliver all voicemails and faxes to your email account as attachments. All telephone services include unified voicemail.

Am I able to come in to view the premises?

Answer: Yes of course - we encourage you to visit us to view our meeting rooms, hot desk & internet cafe areas, and receive a demonstration of our personalised answering from one of our exceptional receptionists. Once you sign up for a service its always a pleasure to see you - so just pop in!

Can I use this address as my registered office?

Answer: Yes, you can take a registered address service with our Central London Mail addresses for £240pa or £20 per month. However, we require as a legal requirement details of all directors in case documents or information are requested by the tax man or customs and excise.

Can I check my emails somewhere when I come in to get my mail?

Answer: We have 4 hot desk workstations at 180 Piccadilly and a basement lounge at The City Arc which are free of charge to use. You can connect your laptop & make out going calls using your allocated company account code. This area is operated on a first come first served basis and we ask that everyone is respectful of the fact that this is free space and full time daily use is not permitted and ask everyone to be considerate when using this space.

Do you offer flexible office space or a desk space solutions? If so how much?

Answer: Dedicated workstations are available at The City Arc location for £70 per person per day and include broadband Internet connectivity with a telephone extension. This is subject to availability on an ad hoc basis. Flexible space can be arranged at our Mayfair offices depending on availability of office space for £65 per person per day.
Fully serviced office space is available on a monthly contract at our central London business centres; 180 Piccadilly, 50 Jermyn Street and The City Arc.

Do I have the freedom to change our services if required?

Answer:Yes absolutely- as your business changes throughout your time with us we are more than happy to move you to those services that suit you best.
