Contract Terms

The Virtual Office®'s one month rolling contract means you are not tied in for long periods & have the ability to expand or contract according to your changing needs

We simply

  1. require 1 month services as deposit when you start
  2. invoice 2 months in advance
  3. only one calendar months notice to leave.
  4. membership of the Virtual Office Club.

We provide the ideal central London home to both new and established businesses wanting to keep their overheads to a minimum, with no long-term commitments.

Our business hours are 8.30 to 18.00, Monday to Friday. Any bookings outside of these hours are subject to availability with a surcharge of 20%. Contact us for full terms and conditions plus our cancellation policies.

Answer: Services can be set-up within 24 hours once the completed application forms, identification documents and payment have been received.
Answer: Yes of course - we encourage you to visit us to view our meeting rooms, hot desk & internet cafe areas, and receive a demonstration of our personalised answering from one of our exceptional receptionists. Once you sign up for a service its always a pleasure to see you, so just pop in!
Answer: We have recently introduced this service as legal requirements for registered addresses have changed. You can take a registered address service with our Central London Mail addresses for £240pa. However, we require as a legal requirement details of all directors in case documents or information are requested by the tax man or customs and excise.
Answer: The Virtual Office® offers a one month rolling contract as standard on all office and virtual contracts to ensure you are still in control of your business and cash flow. This also allows you to move services as your business expands or your needs change. We require one months services as deposit and invoice 2 months in advance on Office services. Longer contracts are available on request.
