Am I able to come in to view the premises?

Answer: Yes of course - we encourage you to visit us to view our meeting rooms, hot desk & internet cafe areas, and receive a demonstration of our personalised answering from one of our exceptional receptionists. Once you sign up for a service its always a pleasure to see you ­ so just pop in!

What is included in the meeting room rate?

Answer: All meeting rooms included Internet access, whiteboards, flipcharts, set up of conference calls plus notepads and pens.

We are an international company and do not pay VAT in our country, do I need to pay it to The Virtual Office?

Answer:As the services are provided in the UK you are therefore taxable here. The VAT can be claimed back from your country's VAT office.

What is your cancellation policy

Answer: If a booking is cancelled 2 days before the day of the meeting, there will be no charge. If cancelled the day preceding the meeting, you will be liable for 50% of the total booking fees and if cancelled on the day of the meeting or you fail to use the booking, you will be liable for 100% of the total booking fees and the costs of any pre booked equipment or consumables. How quickly can my service be set-up?

Answer: With meeting room bookings we require payment in advance. Once this payment has been received the booking can be confirmed.

How many virtual companies do you currently look after?

Answer: Currently The Virtual Office® looks after over 500 companies, with various services ranging from address only, outsourced reception services to full Virtual Offices.

Can I check my emails somewhere when I come in to get my mail?

Answer: We have 4 hot desk workstations at 180 Piccadilly and a basement lounge at The City Arc which are free of charge to use. You can connect your laptop & make out going calls using your allocated company account code. This area is operated on a first come first served basis and we ask that everyone is respectful of the fact that this is free space and full time daily use is not permitted and ask everyone to be considerate when using this space.

Do you offer flexible office space or a desk space solutions? If so how much?

Answer: Dedicated workstations are available at The City Arc location for £70 per person per day and include broadband Internet connectivity with a telephone extension. This is subject to availability on an ad hoc basis. Flexible space can be arranged at our Mayfair offices depending on availability of office space for £65 per person per day.
Fully serviced office space is available on a monthly contract at our central London business centres; 180 Piccadilly, 50 Jermyn Street and The City Arc.
